Starting Sept 1, 2026:
There will be a price increase to my minimum service.
Over the last 6 years the world has experienced so much, and the cost of living has just gone up and up and up. I have tried to keep from changing my price, but the world is not getting better and inflation is real.
As of now, my starting pricing will be a minimum of $45 and a clean-up will now be a minimum of $180
Remember that is the minimum price. Other factors still determine price for any given yard, such as, size of yard, trimming and shrubs.
I hope you understand these changes, and I look forward to continuing to work with you all.

Understanding of Lawn Mowing Expenses
1. Equipment Costs, purchasing mowers, trimmers and other tools for any given job
2. Fuel/ Gas for vehicles and equipment is a recurring, daily cost. Gas prices are current at between $3.79 and $3.99, the gas for the lawn equipment is currently over $5, these are significant increases over the years.
3. Maintenance is required to ensure efficiency and longevity, that all jobs can be done effectively with quality and beautification. Regular maintenance helps to hopefully keep any unexpected equipment issues that could be costly from disruption of service.
4. Labor/wages are also a portion of expenses.
5. Building and office expenses that allow the company to run are also a significant portion of operational expenses.
