Every fleet needs a guy like Will!

He may not be a full-time Freedom employee, but we're lucky enough to have him join us on many of our storms, and he's become part of the Freedom crew.
You'll usually find Will under a truck, inside one, or climbing on top of one, always working to leave our fleet better than he found it. No matter how long the hours or what needs to be done, he never complains, never hesitates to lend a hand, and always goes above and beyond.
Will doesn't just show up to do a job. He makes a genuine effort to be part of our team, and that means more than he probably realizes.
It's not every day you find a mechanic like Will, but we're sure glad we did! Thank you Will.

Another successful storm in the books and we couldn't be prouder of our crews and the hard work they put in from start to finish.
A special shoutout to the guys who stayed behind to help us tie up the loose ends after the storm. You didn't have to go the extra mile, but you did, and we appreciate it.
Thank you all for another great storm!

One of the best parts of every storm is the people we meet along the way. With every crew we put together, our Freedom family grows a little bigger, and we're reminded just how fortunate we are to have such amazing people choose to work alongside us.
We may be a small company, but we show up with big hearts, a strong work ethic, and a determination to make the biggest impact we can!
And to the families back home, these smiles and thumbs ups are for you! We know every storm means time away from the people who matter most and we're just as grateful for you as we are for the crews out there.
Thank you for choosing to be part of our Freedom family.

Before the work begins, we come together.
There's something powerful about starting the day with a safety meeting, a prayer, and a reminder that we're all looking out for one another.
Thank you Rusty for covering us in prayer this morning.

A Little Pizza, A Lot of Appreciation!

While some of our Freedom crews are out chasing storms, our Detroit crews are holding down the fort and keeping the everyday work moving!
We may not be there to share a slice, but we made sure a little thank you was delivered their way.
Storm or blue skies, every crew is an important part of what makes Freedom what it is. We appreciate your hard work, dedication, and the skills you bring to our team every day.

Different jobs, different locations, one Freedom family!

There’s nothing quite like the buzz of a storm morning at the yard.

Old friends, new faces, familiar handshakes, and that feeling of family coming together for a common purpose.
Our Freedom crews are rolling out to Alabama for Hurricane Isaias, and we couldn’t be prouder to see our storm family growing!
Wishing everyone safe travels, a safe storm, and a safe return home. Take care of each other out there, be your brother’s keeper.
