💪 CREW MEMBER SPOTLIGHT — COLTEN LEWIS 💪

Let’s take a moment to recognize Colten Lewis, a proven crew member with AJ’s Lawn & Pressure Washing Services LLC!

Today we moved with purpose—23 lawns completed in 10.5 hours, including travel time. That kind of production takes teamwork, consistency, and a willingness to WORK. 🌱🔥

Each day, I continue to see tremendous improvement in Colten’s quality, speed, effort, and efficiency. But one of the things I appreciate most is simple:

He shows up on time and ready to work.

That alone is something to be proud of.

Colten continues to learn, take on more responsibility, correct mistakes, and become a stronger crew member with every production day. Watching someone grow within the company and start understanding the standard we expect at AJ’s is one of the most rewarding parts of building this business.

Keep getting after it, Colten. Your hard work is being noticed. 💪

23 lawns. 10.5 hours. Mission accomplished. 🇺🇸

At AJ’s Lawn & Pressure Washing Services LLC, we’re not just building routes—we’re building a team that takes pride in doing the job right.

THE MISSION DOESN’T END WHEN THE SUN GOES DOWN. 🇺🇸🌱

10:49 PM.

The equipment is parked.
The trailers are quiet.
The crew is home.

But the business owner is still working.

Tonight isn’t about mowing another yard. It’s about answering requests, finalizing proposals, building contracts, onboarding new clients, and making sure the people who trusted AJ’s Lawn & Pressure Washing Services LLC are taken care of.

Twenty years in the Marine Corps taught me something that retirement didn’t erase:

Service isn’t a job title. It’s a mindset.

The uniform may have changed.
The mission may look different.
But the commitment to serving others never left.

During the day, we serve our customers in the field.
At night, I’m behind the scenes making sure tomorrow is stronger than today.

Every contract signed.
Every new customer welcomed.
Every route improved.
Every late night building systems.

It’s another brick in what we’re building.

I didn’t retire from having a purpose.

I just found a new mission.

🇺🇸 Veteran Owned. Mission Driven. Built to Serve.

🔥 SOME WEEKS EARN THE OVERTIME. THIS WAS ONE OF THEM. 🔥

This week, the crew at AJ’s Lawn & Pressure Washing Services LLC absolutely BUSTED BUTT.

💪 50 lawns serviced
🌱 A landscaping project knocked out
☀️ 103° temperatures with even higher heat indexes
🥵 Long days, heavy equipment, and a whole lot of sweat

And through it all—the crew KEPT MOVING.

We were hot. We were tired. We were drained. But when you put our logo on your shirt, there’s a standard that comes with it:

Show up. Work hard. Take pride in the details. Leave every property better than we found it.

This is exactly what we strive for at AJ’s Lawn & Pressure Washing Services LLC. It’s not just about cutting grass or completing another job—it’s about building a company known for hard work, reliability, quality, and taking care of the people who help make it happen.

There are weeks when overtime is simply warranted—and after what this crew accomplished in this North Carolina heat, THEY EARNED EVERY BIT OF IT. 💰💪

Proud of this crew. Proud of what we’re building. And we’re not slowing down.

50 yards. One landscaping job. One hell of a week. 🔥
