On Friday, August 15 we celebrated our 50th Anniversary with a Charlie Mardant Style BBQ. We served over 150 customers, vendors, company employees, supplier representatives, Board Members, family and friends with 120 slabs of ribs, 30 pork butts, 5 briskets and all the fixins. Let's not forget the cupcake cakes either!!! We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to all our customers, suppliers, vendors and employees that made it possible for this monumental celebration!!!
