I don’t make posts like this very often, but Peninsula Roofing Group is growing, and I need some help.
The reality is that we’re generating more opportunities than I can personally handle, and I’m looking to add a few salespeople to the team here in Northeast Florida.
I’m not necessarily looking for roofing experience.
I’m looking for people who are coachable, hardworking, competitive, and willing to learn.
We’ve invested heavily in marketing, technology, AI, and systems to create real opportunities for our team. Our goal is to give salespeople the tools and support they need to succeed instead of simply telling them to “go figure it out.”
Our compensation plan includes:
✅ 8% commission on completed and collected revenue
✅ Up to 14% commission on self-generated business
✅ Monthly performance bonuses
✅ Additional opportunities tied to company growth
