🚧Project Highlight🚧

Over the past few weeks, our J&J Earthworks team has been hard at work on the North Carolina Coastal Federation project in Newport, NC. One of our biggest focuses has been building out the access roadway that will connect directly to Highway 24 — an important and exciting step in moving this project forward!

We’re especially grateful for the strong partnership we share with Chambliss & Rabil Construction Co. Inc. and their dedicated site team. The teamwork on this project has been nothing short of outstanding, and it’s always rewarding to collaborate with professionals who share our commitment to quality and progress.

J&J had an incredible time at the NC4ME Camp Lejeune Career Expo this week! 💼🇺🇸 We built some amazing connections and are excited to keep working with NC4ME to help service members and their families step into new opportunities with us.

Yesterday marked one year since Matt stepped into the role of Project Manager with us — and what a year it’s been. From day one, he’s brought impressive estimates, sharp insight, and a real commitment to pushing our projects forward while keeping our crews supported and seen.

🎉 Happy Birthday to our CEO, Jason! 🎉

When he’s not on call keeping the chaos in check and making sure we all stay grounded, he’s out here in the field, boots on the ground, backing our crews like one of the team - and more often than not, he’s doing both at the same time.

Jason leads with grit, heart, and a whole lot of hustle. Whether it’s solving problems behind the scenes or standing shoulder to shoulder with the team in the dirt, his commitment never wavers.

We wouldn’t be who we are here at J&J without his guidance, support, and drive — and today, we’re just especially thankful for him.
