Congratulations to ATS Performance Lab Manager Josue Garita and Performance Lab Technician Carter Wright! They each earned their CTQP Asphalt Plant Level 1 certifications, which means they are qualified to sample and test asphalt mixtures at production plants, ensuring all materials meet the standards set by FDOT.

Congratulations to our Asphalt Binder Lab Manager Renee for passing the National Emulsion Technician Certification (NETC) held by the Asphalt Institute.
