I’m looking for the right salesperson to help us grow Oxley Cabinets in Central Florida.
Cabinet experience would be great — but I’m not convinced it’s the most important thing.
I’m looking for someone who knows people and likes meeting people.
If you already have relationships with property managers, apartment operators, contractors, remodelers, builders, real estate investors, or others in the Central Florida construction and real estate community, I’d really like to talk with you.
Maybe you currently sell flooring, countertops, building materials, restoration services, construction supplies, or something completely different that puts you in front of these same customers.
We can teach cabinets.
What I really want is someone who is comfortable getting out of the office, walking through a customer's door, introducing themselves, developing relationships, following up, and asking for the business.
We prefer full-time, although we’re willing to be flexible for the right person.
The opportunity:
Generous commission structure
Draw to help you get started
Health insurance provided
Approximately $60,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential, depending on experience, relationships and performance
An opportunity to help build our growing Sanford/Central Florida operation
And here's something else:
You may not be the person I'm looking for — but you may know them.
If somebody immediately came to mind while you were reading this, I'd appreciate an introduction.
Interested? Send me a DM and let's have a conversation. Or if you prefer, call me on our new local number, 321-804-0480.

Do you know how "blind" cabinets work? Cabinets in the corner that are pulled off the wall can be a little tricky. These are some instructions from Kitchen Kompact.
