Designed by the team at kasper architects, the newly opened 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 at Met Park Marina brings sleek modern design and vibrant energy to the St. Johns Riverfront. This facility is now serving visitors and boaters alike, housing the Met Park Marina office and sundries shop for essential dockside needs, restroom facilities for park visitors, and the highly anticipated Asado Life, bringing an exceptional live-fire dining experience right to the water's edge.

Construction is moving along at Fletcher High School as walls go up for the new classroom addition. Looking forward to watching this project of ours take shape!

The new addition at Fletcher High School is starting to take shape! 🚧✨

Bricks are arriving on site, and walls are already beginning to rise as construction continues on the new classroom addition. Each step brings this modern learning space closer to reality for future Fletcher students. 💙

Funded through the voter-approved half-cent sales tax, this project will expand the campus with new classrooms and support the continued growth of Team Duval.

Designing spaces for education is always rewarding, but seeing the community move in takes it to another level.

As students stepped onto campus for their first week at Palatka Intermediate School, they were greeted by a custom, to-scale LEGO model of their new school, designed and gifted by our kasper architects team.

We wanted to create a fun, welcoming keepsake for the educators, staff, and students who call this facility home. A big thank you to Putnam County School District for an incredible partnership on this project. Wishing the entire Palatka Intermediate family a fantastic school year!

Yesterday, our team attended the grand opening of the new 𝐌𝐞𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚, celebrating the expansion of public boat access to Downtown Jacksonville. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, kasper architects is proud to help bring this impactful infrastructure to the Shipyards along the St. Johns Riverfront near EverBank Stadium.
