We’re in the search for a new team member!!

Job: HVAC laborer

An HVAC laborer assists technicians with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The role is hands-on and usually includes carrying tools and materials, cleaning job sites, preparing equipment, and helping with basic installation and maintenance tasks.

Typical duties
- Load, unload, and transport tools, parts, and equipment.
- Assist with installing HVAC units, ductwork, piping, and wiring.
- Clean, organize, and prepare work areas.
- Perform basic maintenance such as changing filters and cleaning components.
- Help troubleshoot equipment issues under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and building codes.
- Keep company vehicles, tools, and materials in good condition.

Skills and requirements
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in tight or hot/cold spaces.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Attention to safety and detail.
- High school diploma or GED is often preferred, though many employers provide on-the-job training.

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience
• Must possess a high school degree or equivalent
• Must successfully pass a nationwide background check
• Valid driver’s license required
• Team Oriented and eager to learn
• Possess strong communication skills
• Deliver friendly customer service
• Be mechanically inclined and self motivated
• Be able to work in attics, crawl spaces, and unpleasant weather
• Not be afraid to get dirty and do a physically demanding job
• Have the ability to listen and follow directions

Salary depends on experience
