“Sidewalk replacement at the Toyota Distribution Center 👷🏽‍♂️🔥”

Another one knocked out! 💪🏽

Sidewalk replacement at the Toyota Distribution Center. Demoed the existing concrete, prepped everything up, formed it, and got the new sidewalks poured and finished. 👷🏽‍♂️🔥

Big shoutout to Kyle with Auld & White Constructors for calling Honest Equity Builders and giving us the opportunity to get this one done. We appreciate the continued trust and look forward to the next one! 🤝🏽

OUR FIRST PROJECT PULLING OUR OWN PERMITS! 🏗️🔥

Another milestone for Honest Equity Builders!

📍 Gazebo Shopping Center — Fort Caroline Rd, Jacksonville, FL

This project is special to us. It was our first project where we submitted our own drawings and pulled our own permits as the contractor. From plans and permitting to construction and completion — another step forward for HEB. 💪🏗️

Now, a question for all the contractors and subcontractors out there:

Why does it take so long for us to get PAID after the work is already DONE? 😂💰
Seriously… what’s the longest you’ve had to wait on payment? Drop it in the comments. 👇

🏠🏠 TWO HOUSE SLABS — GAINESVILLE, FL

Not every job goes according to plan!

Our pump guy got stuck, we came close to having to cancel the concrete, and we were already working short-handed. But the crew came together and got it DONE.

Two house slabs. Six people — 5 guys and 1 woman — and everybody pulled their weight. 💪🏽🔥

We appreciate Feagle Construction for giving Honest Equity Builders the opportunity to handle the concrete work on these two homes.

From residential slabs and foundations to commercial concrete work, Honest Equity Builders is ready to build.

Not every job goes according to plan! 😅 Even with utilities marked, we hit an unmarked water main at the Gazebo Shopping Center. JEA made the repair, we let the site dry out, then got right back to work. 💪🏽

🚧 A Major Milestone for Honest Equity Builders! 🚧

Today marks a huge victory for our team.

For the first time, Honest Equity Builders is managing a project from start to finish as the Prime Contractor—not as a subcontractor. This is a milestone we’ve worked hard to achieve, and we’re grateful for the opportunity and trust placed in our company.

Our crew has successfully completed demolition, excavation, and reinforcing steel installation, setting the foundation for a quality project that will stand the test of time.

This isn’t just another job—it’s proof that hard work, faith, persistence, and doing things the right way open new doors.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Honest Equity Builders along this journey. This is just the beginning, and we look forward to many more projects where we can serve our clients with excellence.

Building with integrity. Building for the future.

Another successful slab pour in the books.

Not every job goes exactly as planned. Sometimes equipment sinks, weather changes, and site conditions test your crew. What matters is having the experience, equipment, and team to keep the project moving forward safely and professionally.

Our crew pushed through challenging sandy conditions, got the pump set up, and delivered a quality concrete foundation for our client.

At Honest Equity Builders, we take pride in doing things the right way—from site prep and forming to placement and finishing.

Built on hard work. Built to last.
