Found a unit yesterday with caulk everywhere and water leaking from all around the unit.
I found a plug on the drain pan stripped out leaking water all in the unit. I’m surprised it wasn’t leaking into the ceiling. Instead of trying to change the drain pan it looks like they tried to caulk it in areas.
We are recommending to change the drain pan to permanently fix this issue before it gets worse and floods the ceiling and or shorts out the electrical water is running across.
