Rimrock Companies Breaks Ground on Jacksonville’s Newest Extended Stay Hotel: Everhome Suites.

Rimrock Companies, a national commercial real estate development firm headquartered in Jacksonville, announced today the official groundbreaking of the Bold City’s first Everhome Suites, an extended stay hotel by Choice Hotels.

The project is located off Tredinick Parkway near the Southside Connector, offering prime access to restaurants, retail, and entertainment with just a quick drive to downtown Jacksonville, The St Johns Town Center, local hospitals, and Jacksonville University.

The Rimrock team had a great time at The Jason Harry Strike-Out Childhood Cancer Bowl-A-Thon!

This event benefits the Suwannee River Breast Cancer Awareness Association which helps families in our community who are experiencing financial hardships associated with the treatment of many types of diseases. All proceeds of this event will specifically go to families battling childhood cancers.

Rimrock Companies Expands Hospitality Division with new hire as Executive Director of Hospitality Assets

Rimrock Companies, a national commercial real estate development company headquartered in Jacksonville, announced today the expansion of their hospitality division and leadership team with the hiring of Jenny Meyer as Executive Director of Hospitality Assets. Jenny brings almost 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as the Regional Director of one of the largest and most successful hospitality franchisors in the world.

In her role at Rimrock Companies, Jenny will oversee the management of the company's operating hotels while assisting and providing guidance on the development and opening of pipeline hotels. My Place Hotel in St. Joseph, MO celebrates
Official Grand Opening!

My Place Hotel-St. Joseph, MO is the first extended stay hotel to open doors in St. Joseph, MO in over a decade. The extended stay hotel offers standard My Place amenities including a full kitchen, refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker as well as a flat-screen TV, pillow top mattresses, and in-room climate control.

With the guests’ experience and comfort in mind, the hotel provides toiletries, onsite laundry, parking, and an onsite grilling pavilion.
In addition, there are options for breakfast and
24-hour grab-and-go market. WiFi is
complementary and the property is pet friendly.

The three-story, 64-key property is developed and owned by Rimrock Companies, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. This is Rimrock’s second completed My Place Hotel; their first is in Nampa, ID. Rimrock has an additional My Place under construction in Augusta, GA with several others in the pipeline.
