Beaches Oktoberfest — Florida's largest — takes over Seawalk Pavilion October 16th and 17th, and it always brings a wave of house guests and packed restaurants to Jacksonville Beach for the weekend.

Hosting family who flew in for the festival? A quick guest-bathroom check before they arrive beats an awkward conversation about a slow drain mid-visit. Running a restaurant or bar near the Pavilion? Two days of that kind of traffic puts real strain on grease traps and restroom facilities that were built for a normal Saturday, not a festival weekend.

Either way, we're around all weekend if something needs attention before — or during — the celebration. 🍻

Three things about how we work that don't always make it onto a truck wrap:

Our technicians aren't paid on commission — so there's no incentive to upsell you on something you don't need. Pricing is time and materials, not a padded flat rate designed to protect a margin. And every truck carries over 1,000 brand-name, USA-made parts, so most jobs get finished in one visit instead of a return trip next week.

New dishwasher, garbage disposal, or water softener? We install all plumbing fixtures and appliances — right the first time, with no return trip because a connection was rushed.

It sounds like a small job until it isn't: a poorly connected supply line or a mismatched fitting can turn a simple appliance swap into a water-damage headache down the road. We'd rather take the extra fifteen minutes to get it right than leave you wondering about it every time you run the dishwasher.

Our team has over 150 years of combined tenure at Turner Plumbing — and over 200 years of combined plumbing industry experience between everyone on staff.

That number is easy to write and hard to actually picture: it means the person who shows up at your door has likely seen your exact problem before, more than once, sometimes decades ago in a house not too different from yours. Experience like that doesn't show up on a résumé the way it shows up in how fast someone can diagnose what's actually wrong.

JEA requires annual backflow-prevention testing for commercial and multi-residential water services, and testing every two years for residential properties with irrigation, reclaimed water, or an auxiliary water source. Courtesy notices go out 60 and 30 days before your test is due — and if a test fails, JEA requires it be repaired or replaced within 30 days.

It's an easy notice to overlook until it becomes a deadline. We handle backflow testing, repair, and installation across Duval County — if you've got a notice sitting on the counter (or you're not sure whether your property is due), give us a call and we'll get it handled.
