Wind doesn't hit your roof evenly. 🌀

On a commercial building it loads the corners hardest, then the eaves, and the field in the middle last. So we don't fasten the whole roof the same way — we run enhancements at the corners and eaves to raise the wind load rating of the assembly where it's actually under load.

A roof fastened uniformly is a roof that fails at the corner. Ask whoever bid your building how they're treating the corners and eaves.

We take a commercial roof in sections — never all at once. 🧩

Top section first. Field membrane out, plates at six inches on center, fastened off, sealed. Then we move. At no point is your building sitting open waiting on weather.

Sectioning is slower on paper. It's the reason a Florida afternoon storm doesn't become an insurance claim.
