We get asked quite a bit about filling cracks or "patching" concrete. And we always advise against it. We do not even offer this service for one simple reason. It does not last more than 2-3 years typically, it will never be the same color, and it does not fix the problem, so the cracks will often get worse due to water getting in them during winter and then freezing, causing expansion. So this is what your cracks will look like in a year or 2. We can typically replace the concrete for not much more than the other guys charge to put a bandaid on it.
