Segmented. Closed off. Ready for something more.

This kitchen had everything going for it on paper. Great square footage, natural light, French doors to the outdoors. But the angular peninsula and broken layout kept it feeling heavier and more closed off than it needed to be.

So we gutted it. A massive walnut-base island with quartz surface now commands the center of the room. A custom painted range hood anchors the cooking wall with real presence. Cabinetry runs all the way to the ceiling. A warm arabesque stone backsplash finally gives the space the texture and softness it was always missing. A built-in glass-front display cabinet brings personality and purpose to the far wall. Refinished floors tie it all together.

The result is a kitchen that earns every inch of its square footage.

Light moves freely. People move freely. And the whole thing feels like it was always supposed to look this way.

Wood walls, warm cabinets. Some things stay — everything else gets better.

This one had layers to it - decades of wallpaper, a heavy soffit that compressed the ceiling, cabinetry that had long since stopped serving the space. The layout wasn't broken, but it was confined. Nothing felt connected.

What came out of it is a kitchen that finally moves. Rich shaker cabinets in a deep chestnut tone were chosen to work with the existing wood-paneled walls - not against them. The soft white quartz countertops, veined just enough to feel natural, bring lightness without losing warmth. The subway tile backsplash runs clean and uninterrupted. Recessed lighting replaced a single dated fixture, and the peninsula now does what it was always meant to do: invite people in.

This is what intentional design looks like. Not a trend, not a template - a kitchen built around what was already worth keeping.

If your kitchen is asking for more than it's giving, let's talk. Reach out through our website or give us a call.

Unusual space. Intentional design.

There's a moment when a kitchen stops feeling like a separate room and starts feeling like the center of everything. That's what this project was about. The space was segmented and closed off — the kitchen existed in isolation, disconnected from the life happening just beyond it. We opened the connection between kitchen and living space, then rebuilt everything inside with intention: custom white shaker cabinetry floor to ceiling, deep black quartz countertops with elegant veining, full subway tile from counter to ceiling at the cooking wall, panel-ready refrigerator flanked by full-height pantry columns, a generous farmhouse sink with professional-grade faucet, to match the bold harlequin marble floor that gave the whole space a signature — something you don't forget.

The result is a kitchen that functions at the highest level and feels designed for how this family actually lives. Nothing here is accidental.

If you've been imagining what your kitchen could be, this is where that conversation starts.

Warm tones. Natural stone. Three projects, one home.

What started as a kitchen refresh turned into a bathroom remodel and fireplace, and then another bathroom transformation — each project building on the last, each one a little more intentional than the one before. That's the kind of relationship we love most: not a transaction, but a home slowly becoming exactly what it should be.

In the master bath, rose-toned tile and heavy brass gave way to large-format marble-look tile, a custom hexagon mosaic niche with brushed nickel trim, a corner marble bench, and a warm wood vanity grounded by a natural stone top. The space didn't just modernize — it settled into something quieter and more refined.
The second bathroom told a similar story. A dark, closed-off tub-and-curtain space became a fully enclosed walk-in shower with glass panels, floor-to-ceiling tile, and the same hexagon niche detail carried through for continuity. Cohesion across a home isn't accidental — it's designed.

And then the fireplace. What had been a flat, painted surround became a stacked stone statement — the kind of focal point that makes a room feel like it was always meant to look that way.
Multiple projects. One home. Nothing here was rushed, and nothing here is accidental.

If you've been sitting on a project — or two or three — we'd love to hear about it. Reach out through the link below or give us a call.

Limited by structure. Unlimited by design.

Some spaces don't give you much to work with. Load-bearing walls, fixed plumbing, original electrical — the building dictates the terms. The design has to work within them, and work beautifully.

That's exactly what happened here. This condo came with its constraints — structural walls that couldn't move, plumbing and electrical lines that defined the boundaries. What our clients wanted was a space that felt nothing like what was there before. Inspired by another remodeled unit in the building, they asked us to take that vision further — to make it entirely their own.

Every decision was intentional. The wall came down where it could. The kitchen opened up, gained a peninsula, and became the kind of space that earns its view. White shaker cabinetry with warm brass hardware, quartz surfaces with soft veining, a dedicated beverage station with glass-front uppers — nothing here is accidental. The bathrooms followed suit: marble-look tile, a geometric mosaic niche that functions as a focal point, brass fixtures that feel curated rather than expected.

The result is a condo that no longer feels like one. It lives like a custom home — refined, open, and completely at ease with the water view just beyond the balcony.

Some spaces ask you to settle. This one no longer does.

The original bathroom was functional — but segmented, heavy, and closed off in a way that made the square footage feel smaller than it was. Dark cabinetry, dated granite, frosted sliding shower doors, and a drop-in tub tucked beside it left little room for the space to breathe. It was a bathroom that worked. It just didn't inspire.

The transformation began with a clear design direction: open, luminous, and refined. The existing layout was reimagined to give each element room to exist intentionally. A freestanding soaking tub now anchors the room beneath a statement pendant light — sculptural, calm, effortless. Floor-to-ceiling Calacatta-look porcelain tile wraps the shower walls in soft veining and scale, giving the space a cohesion that feels editorial rather than assembled.

Frameless glass replaced the old enclosure entirely, and recessed niches — finished with penny tile accents and brushed nickel trim — bring order and character to the shower in equal measure.

At the vanity wall, custom slate-toned cabinetry stretches the full length of the space, topped with crisp white quartz and anchored by LED-backlit mirrors. Crystal sconces flank each side, adding a layer of refined lighting that works morning or evening. Every hardware selection — brushed nickel throughout — was chosen to feel cohesive rather than collected.

Nothing here is accidental. This is a primary suite that finally lives up to the rest of the home.

If your bathroom has been asking you to settle, let's change that.

Some spaces aren't renovated — they're purpose-built from the ground up.

This project started with a simple idea: she needed a closet that actually worked for her life. What came next was a full-scale addition — framed, finished, and fitted with a custom built-in system designed around how she actually gets dressed in the morning.

Floor-to-ceiling shoe storage. Built-in drawers with crystal hardware. Double hang sections that follow the curve of the room. Dedicated shelving for folded storage and oversized bins. Two crystal flush-mount fixtures overhead that make the whole space feel more dressing room than closet.
This is what intentional design looks like at the structural level. It's not a closet retrofit. It's a room built for one purpose, and built without compromise.

If you've been thinking an addition might be the answer — for a closet, a bedroom, a living space — this is where that conversation starts.

A kitchen that finally breathes.

This Jacksonville home had good bones, but the kitchen felt closed off from the rest of the house — segmented, heavy, and working against the way this family actually lived. The goal wasn't just new cabinets. It was to redesign the entire experience of being in this space.

The result is a galley kitchen that feels anything but confined. Soft sage lower cabinets paired with crisp white uppers create a two-tone palette that's calm, considered, and quietly refined. Sparkling quartz countertops run the full length of both walls, punctuated by a herringbone backsplash that adds movement without demanding attention. A dedicated coffee station — complete with its own accent tile in a soft elongated hex — tucks neatly into the corner, giving the room a thoughtful layer that goes beyond function. The pass-through window opens the kitchen to the adjoining space, and new LVP flooring ties the entire home together in warm, cohesive tones that flow from room to room.

This is what intentional design looks like. Nothing here is accidental.

If your kitchen is working against you, let's change that. Reach out to schedule a consultation.
