Live Oak Contracting LOC is a full-service general contracting firm that specializes in multifamily development, construction, and capital improvement projects.

We work closely with our development partners, design professionals, and subcontractors to create additional value to their projects and an increased return on their investments. Project Due Diligence Review

For existing projects that are being purchased, we inspect the community and give a construction review and analysis of the condition of the project. Project Estimating

We perform conceptual

estimates based on market data for design and development purposes. Plan Review & Value Engineering

We work with the design team to implement best practices for design that will give the owner/developer the best product for their budget. Construction Management

As the general contractor, we work under a fee agreement to manage, coordinate and supervise the construction from concept to completion. (The owner is responsible payment of subcontracts and all other fees.) General Contracting (New Construction & Renovations)

As the general contractor, we are responsible for contracting with all subcontractors and vendors for each scope of work. We manage, coordinate and supervise all activities financially and for the construction.
