It was an honor for our Summit team to hear Councilman Wayne Martin speak about the impact of Villas and Flats at Stone Hogan and the importance of creating opportunities through housing. We’re proud to partner with leaders and communities who share our commitment to building places that make a difference.

❤️ | Team Summit joined the First Coast Heart Walk in Downtown Jacksonville in support of the American Heart Association, with a route that took us past one of Summit’s completed projects, Lofts at Cathedral.

It was a beautiful morning to come together as a team, honor survivors, remember those we’ve lost, and reflect on the importance of heart health and knowing CPR.

The Annual Crime is Toast event honored Atlanta Police Officers and supports the mission to "Make Atlanta the Safest Large City in America."

Summit team members had the privilege to attend this annual event hosted by Atlanta Police Foundation on September 29th among more than 1,000 civic and business leaders.

Congratulations to all who were recognized with awards. Their personal stories demonstrated incredible dedication and bravery in protecting their community.

Police Chief Darin Schierbaum cited a 13% drop in overall crime this year, and he commented about officers: "They could be doing 1,000 other jobs for a lot more money and less stress, less missed birthdays from their family, but they choose to protect the city and serve in this worthy profession."

15,000 Watch Standers! 🇺🇸❤️

We did it! As Su***de Prevention Month comes to a close, we’re celebrating an incredible milestone reached ahead of schedule, thanks to every person who chose to stand up for Veterans.

Together, these Watch Standers will help connect at least 18,000 Veterans to support every year. That’s 18,000 opportunities to recognize the signs, start the conversation, and remind a Veteran they’re not alone.

Thank you for being part of this mission. Together, we will end Veteran su***de.

448 Affordable Housing units have been delivered in Atlanta! Summit proudly joined Atlanta Housing, Zimmerman Properties, Dynamik Design and industry partners to celebrate the grand opening of The Flats and Villas at Stone Hogan in the Greenbriar neighborhood.

Stone Hogan was also a hands-on learning opportunity for the Georgia Building Trades Academy (GABTA) YouthBuild Program. Over 11 months, 15 participants gained firsthand exposure to construction trades and the day-to-day progress of a large-scale project, while Summit’s team provided insight into career opportunities across the industry.

We’re proud to be part of a project that creates affordable housing opportunities, supports construction trade career growth, and investing in the community.

Thank you to our industry partners and everyone who helped bring Stone Hogan to life. Strong partnerships are what make projects like this possible.
