Building well also means giving well. This summer, Starr® Custom Homes was proud to sponsor a hole at City Rescue Mission’s 18th Annual Golf Tournament.

Thanks to a record-breaking turnout, the event raised more than $262,000 to bring hope, healing, and change to the homeless and hurting across Northeast Florida. Congratulations to the Skinner Family on their first place finish, and thank you to everyone who spent the day making a difference. We’re grateful to be part of a community that shows up like this.

There is a certain magic in coming home to a place that feels like yours from the very first step.

The entrance sets that tone, welcoming you in with warmth long before you reach the door, and carrying that same feeling straight through to the rooms beyond. It is the first hello and the last goodbye, every single day.

Coming home should always feel this good.

Long before the first wall goes up, a home is already taking shape.

There is a homesite to choose, a vision to shape, and countless decisions to align before the first shovel ever hits the ground. Nothing is left to guesswork, because every question gets answered ahead of time rather than as it comes up.

That kind of planning is what DreamDesign® was built around, and it is why our clients never wonder what happens next. The full process is broken down in the comments below.

What would confidence look like on your build?

Trust is not something we ask for. It is something we build, one project at a time.

On DreamDesign® 47, our client put it simply: "Did an overall excellent job. Schedule was kept and the project completed on time. All issues, and there were not many, were promptly addressed. I'd definitely recommend using if you're building a new home."

That is the standard behind every DreamDesign® project: a home delivered on schedule, guided by clear communication from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. The complete story and review are in the comments below.

This is the kind of trust we build our reputation on.

Bespoke. Custom. Tailored.

Three words we take seriously at Starr® Custom Homes.

For us, they aren't just descriptions, they're a promise. Every home we design is built around the way a specific family actually wants to live, not a floor plan pulled off a shelf. That's the idea behind our proprietary DreamDesign® process: bringing the homeowner, builder, and designer together from the very first conversation, so every decision reflects the people who will actually call it home.

For years, Shawn Starr and his team have been designing and building one-of-a-kind homes across Northeast Florida's most sought after waterfront and luxury communities.

This isn't about building more homes. It's about building the right home, the right way… for you!
