Duckworth Construction Company was founded and incorporated by its president, Hank Duckworth in June of 1988. Hank graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Technology (Construction Management) degree and acquired a State Certificate Building Contractors license, (CB029076), in 1984. Hank was the qualifying business agent and contractor for Regency Square Construction/Regen
cy Realty Group from 1985-1988. Our estimates and proposals are prepared on a very consistent and detailed basis. We emphasize trying to eliminate all gray area in plans, specifications and field conditions via our detailed proposals and through field investigation which in turn eliminates misunderstanding, errors, and change orders. This is a key element in our track record or repeat customers. We have an excellent record for retaining key management personnel on our team. We employ an average of fifteen (15) full time management/field employees.
