Another one complete! 🏡🔑

We just wrapped up this 1,600 sq ft home, and we’re proud of how it turned out. Our goal was to prove that affordable doesn’t have to mean cutting corners. This home was built with the same care, quality materials, and attention to detail we put into every project.

It’s a smart, functional layout that makes the most of every square foot: comfortable living space, a kitchen that works for real life, and finishes that will hold up for years to come.

Framing is where the finished home really starts to come together but it’s also where a lot of the details that affect the finished product are established.

Every wall needs to be laid out correctly for windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, and the finishes that come later. Proper framing isn’t just about getting the walls standing; it’s about creating a structure that everything else can be built around.

Every pipe has to be exactly where it needs to be because when the walls go up, there’s no room for “close enough.” 🎯

Another custom home is coming together!

We’re in the final stretch on this beautiful new build, with cabinetry installed and tile work well underway. It’s always exciting to see a house start to feel like a home as the finishes come together and every detail begins to take shape.

The vision is becoming reality, and we can’t wait to share the finished product soon.

Slab prep is finished and ready for concrete.

The strength of a slab starts before the pour. Footers are thickened areas of concrete that carry the weight of the home and transfer it to the soil below. Rebar is placed inside the footers and slab to give the concrete tensile strength and help control cracking. Wire mesh is then laid across the slab to reinforce the concrete and help distribute loads as it cures.

What you don’t see in the finished house is what makes it last.
