Technician Brad Jones with GPRS is mapping out the steel reinforcing in our condo remodeling project. The black reinforcing is toward the top of the slab, and the red reinforcing is at the bottom of the 9.5” cast-in-place concrete slab. We now know where to safely chip out pathways for electrical and plumbing changes. This equipment works by recording the densities of the materials, thereby locating the steel rebars.

From one day to the next. Framing goes fast once the materials are on site and the layout is confirmed. Today the beams for the roof framing are underway. By the end of the week the roof deck will be completed. Thanks to Craig Dinsbeer and his crew.
