Hal Delatorre called me a few months ago about building out his restaurant and after we spoke…I knew it was going to be a hit! I love this guy! All energy ! Hal will be a successful businessman/restautantuer (Della Torre’s) as he’s a fighter and will be making his dreams come true…cannot wait to taste his food as we build out his Deli…the first of many! has a long history of building great restaurant and food establishments Rustica Earth Sea and Fire Pepper’s Mexican Bar and Grill 's Pizza and soon to be Della Torre’s Italian Deli

If you haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying this epicurean delight you should…just ranked 13th in the USA for dining by Yelp…not bad. The chef and owner Jean-Marie Josselin, Craig and I became friends over the build of his restaurant. He and his wife Kaye definitely set a new very high bar for the top restauranteurs in this area and he’s in the middle of nowhere currently.
