Had a pretty good Saturday. It’s for sure not the cheapest option but when you are finishing a basement on a fully custom home. Trim joist is a must.

This is going to be a very cool one to watch come together.

We started the design process about a year ago. It makes a big difference being able to start designing with the homeowner and see the project all the way through.

It’s going to be bitterly cold 🥶 for the next couple days. If you have tankless water heaters, especially outdoor mounted, make sure to leave the hot water dripping. Any faucets that are on exterior walls leave them dripping as well.

A little higher water bill is much cheaper than the plumbers repair bills.

Building a house that looks like a barn and building a barn that looks like a house is 2 very different things.

This Home is really coming together. Soon the breezeway/ game room will be ready for parties. The horses will be in the stables and the pups will have their own private indoor outdoor space.
