FAQ:

1.) What are your prices?
We can't tell you effectively without actually walking the property. What I can tell you is we offer annual contracts starting at $180 a month minimum AND biweekly services starting at $80 Minimum.

2.) What services do you offer?
We offer string trimming, mowing, blowing, edging, hedge trimming, mulch, sod, debris clean up, leaf pickup and w**d pulling. our annual contracts have packages containing many of these at different rates.

3.) What areas do you service?
Right now, we service arlington, southside, beaches, Ft. Caroline, Callahan and oceanway and many other Northside areas. While we are growing, we would love to service all of jacksonville and surrounding areas.

4.) What time are you going to be here?
We have set routes, and times rarely vary. We never start cutting before 7am. We will be there the day we tell you unless an emergency or severe weather occurs. In those instances we make sure to alert the client and reschedule because communication is key!

There are many other questions we get, but none as common as these 4.

UPDATE - Unfortunately for most lawn companies, mistakes will happen. We had run over something in our clients yard and it went through their neighbors fence. Luckily we knew how to fix the problem and made sure to get it fixed as quickly as we could.

It's very important that you do things the right way when an accident happens:
1.) We immediately alerted the client and their neighbor of our error.
2.) We reassured them that we would take care of it and have it fixed, the correct way.
3.) We immediately went to work on trying to fix it.
4.) Once we learned that the correct slats would have to be ordered, we updated and communicated with both the client and the neighbor.
5.) once everything was ready, we got to work and took care of it.

accidents happen. it's important that you take responsibility for it and do your best to correct the situation.

Never touch the neighbors property unless they ask you to. It may seem like a nice gesture but some people don't like it.
