Another job fixed by SynLawn. Our client had turf installed by someone else, and after two years it was completely ruined. Bad base work, seams that had unglued, and the turf was disconnected in many areas. In Atlantic beach, installers are required to meet drainage requirements and this installer used the wrong stuff.

We removed all of the incorrect sub base, and installed beautiful SynAugustine 847 turf on top of what the town requires. Now the customer has functional and properly installed turf with the best warranty and commitment to customer service in the area. We love a bad install. It gives us an opportunity to show what a good installation actually looks like. If you’ve been burned by an installer give us a call and see the difference. 🌱⛳️👌

We stand behind our product:
We do every job with the utmost care, but we can’t avoid every possibility. That’s why we have the best warranty in the business. With a dedicated crew that handles repairs and refresh services, and 10 years installing turf in the Jax area, we won’t disappear like the cheaper guys when an issue does arrive. This customer had some issues with discoloration in her putting green, so we removed the old putting surface, and replaced it with brand new Precision Putt.
Mistakes and issues happen, but we believe the way those issues are rectified make the difference between us and everyone else. Hopefully you never have to call us for a warranty claim or repair but if you do, we have the resources and integrity to fix it! ⛳️👌🏽☀️
