At our Go To Nations World Headquarters project site, Auld & White Constructors recently held craft development training sessions featuring four topics: plan reading, ceiling tile installation, door hardware, and restroom accessories and ADA requirements. These sessions gave our team opportunities to strengthen their skills, share knowledge, and continue developing in their craft.

This Careers in Construction Month, AWC continues to invest in our team through hands-on learning and professional development that help build lasting careers in construction.

From Jacksonville to London, AWC is building connections that shape our city's future.

This week, Auld & White Constructors CEO Nathaniel “Nate” Marty is among the Jacksonville business leaders participating in the 2026 JAX Partnership London Sales Mission. Building on the international connections created through the Jacksonville Jaguars' presence in London, the mission brings together business and community leaders to explore new opportunities for investment, collaboration and growth.

Tristan Klepzig loved to run, loved his friends, and especially loved his mom’s cinnamon rolls. On his birthday, he never wanted cake. Just cinnamon rolls.

A mechanical engineering senior at UNF, Tristan left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.

In 2024, his family invited people to honor his memory by running and enjoying a cinnamon roll. The response was incredible: more than 4,600 miles logged across 27 states and eight countries.

That momentum led to the inaugural Run 4 the Rolls in 2025, bringing together more than 600 participants and raising over $50,000 for charity in Tristan’s honor.

On October 24, we’ll run together again to celebrate Tristan’s life and carry his legacy forward.

Come for the run, stay for the cinnamon rolls, and be part of something meaningful.

Run 4 the Rolls is back! Join us Saturday, October 24, for a 5K (8 AM) or 1-mile fun run (9 AM) through Jacksonville’s Southpoint business district, just off JTB. Enjoy a flat, fast course with plenty of shade! All registered runners receive a race shirt, and everyone who crosses the finish line earns a medal and a warm cinnamon roll!

Run 4 the Rolls honors the memory of Tristan Klepzig, son of AWC employee Jim Klepzig and a cherished member of our extended AWC family. The event also supports the ACE Mentor Program of Northeast Florida, helping introduce local students to careers in architecture, construction and engineering.

Last week, Auld & White Constructors joined The Jacksonville Humane Society for the 28th Annual Toast to the Animals, an event that helps fund critical medical care for animals in need throughout Northeast Florida.

The evening honored AWC CEO Nate Marty for his philanthropic leadership and commitment to strengthening our community. We’re proud to celebrate Nate’s impact and partner with Jacksonville Humane Society to help make a lasting difference in the lives of people and animals alike.

Last week, Auld & White Constructors was excited to join Duval County Public Schools for two groundbreakings on projects that will enhance learning environments for students across the district.

At Terry Parker High School, we celebrated the start of construction on a new automotive lab alongside kasper architects + associates. The facility will give students a dedicated space to build hands-on skills and gain valuable experience in the automotive field.

At Loretto Elementary School, we marked the beginning of a new building addition that will replace existing portable classrooms. Designed by R. Dean Scott Architect, Inc. and LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD., the addition will provide permanent, purpose-built learning spaces for students and staff.

We look forward to bringing these projects to life and creating spaces that support the next generation of students.

This past Saturday, came together for the First Coast Heart Walk to support the American Heart Association - Florida and help raise funds for the fight against heart disease and stroke.

Congratulations to the Healthcare team, led by Division Leader Matt Teele, for raising the most among our divisions and taking the top spot in this year’s fundraising challenge. Together, we raised our highest amount for the Heart Walk yet at $19,846!

Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and helped make a difference for a cause that impacts so many.

was excited to spend last Friday supporting the young runners, keeping them refreshed along the course and bringing plenty of encouragement from the sidelines. We’re grateful to be part of an event that brings students together for a day of energy, excitement, and fun.
