After more than 27 years with Auld & White Constructors, we’re saying farewell to Matt Ruble as he begins his next chapter in Orlando.

Matt joined AWC in 1999 as a Carpenter and was promoted to Work Order Supervisor for the Interiors Division in 2020. Throughout his career, Matt has contributed to countless AWC projects and built lasting relationships along the way. From his early days working with his hands to leading work orders, Matt has always brought the same passion for building and getting the job done.

Thank you, Matt, for all of the years spent as part of . We’ll miss having you around and wish you and your family all the best in the next adventure!

Our final ABC Excellence in Construction Eagle Award highlight goes to the NEFBA Apprenticeship Program Workforce Center.

AWC is proud to have built a facility that will continue developing our local workforce and strengthen the next generation of skilled tradespeople in Northeast Florida.

For over 30 years, AWC has partnered with NEFBA to employ apprentices from their program, giving them the opportunity to work locally, earn while they learn, and build careers within our organization.

Congrats to NEFBA on their award and the grand opening of their new Workforce Center!

Yesterday, AWC joined the City of Jacksonville to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Met Park Marina.

AWC is proud to have served as the general contractor for the Marina Support Building and Asadolife restaurant. We're grateful to have played a role in bringing this new waterfront destination to life as the Jacksonville Shipyards continues to take shape.

The 78-slip facility was completed in time for the Jacksonville Jaguars’ first home preseason game Aug. 21.

Today, Auld & White Constructors celebrated a major project milestone with the Vermeer Southeast team and our valued subcontractor partners at the new Vermeer Southeast dealership.

The topping out ceremony was a great opportunity to spend time together, enjoy lunch, show our appreciation with a subcontractor raffle, and mark the occasion with a beam signing. We’re grateful to the teams who continue to help bring this project to life and are proud to celebrate this milestone together.

Friday night, Auld & White Constructors was honored to receive three eagle awards at the Associated Builders & Contractors Florida First Coast Chapter Excellence in Construction ceremony.

Over the past two weeks, our team had the opportunity to step away from the jobsite and office to connect through a series of team-building events.

These events were a great chance to have some fun and spend time with the people we build alongside every day.

Auld & White Constructors is excited to serve as the general contractor for the build-out of the new Club JAX, a modern lounge and a part of the airport's Concourse B expansion. This project will help elevate the travel experience for passengers while supporting the continued growth of Northeast Florida's aviation infrastructure.

The lounge closed in 2024 and is expected to reopen in 2027 as part of the Concourse B project.
