We are seeing rapid progress with framing, siding and exterior work at 30 North at the University of North Florida this month! The university's latest student housing project with Chance Partners will bring 237 new units to campus and is slated for completion before next year's fall semester.

We are logging some major exterior progress this month at Epoch Residential Asturia in Odessa, Fla. The project features five residential buildings: three four-story apartment buildings with elevators and two three-story carriage buildings.

PROJECT UPDATE- Jackson Parc Apartments in North Augusta, SC is looking more complete by the day, with paving and landscaping going in to beautify the grounds. The 343-unit complex is part of "The Hive" development, an expansive mixed-use plan for the area.
