POOL / SPA COMBO IN SNEADS FERRY

Will heavy equipment damage my yard?

It’s a fair question and one we hear often! Building a pool requires heavy equipment and access to your backyard, so some temporary disruption is a normal part of the process.

The good news? Proper planning makes a big difference. Our team works carefully to keep the job site organized, minimize unnecessary impact, and keep you informed throughout the process.

A little construction now = a whole lot of pool days ahead.

Thinking about adding a pool to your backyard? Call or message Pools, Patios & Spas to schedule a site visit and learn what to expect for your property.

This backyard will never be the same after today.
This customer went from “we’re thinking about it” to “we’re digging” — and this is what that first big day looks like.

Pool shell coming tomorrow!

Bigger pool = better pool? Not always.

Before choosing a pool size, think about what you actually want your pool for. Is it for the kids to play? Relaxing after a long day? Entertaining friends and family? Or simply having a place to cool off all summer?

The goal isn’t to fit the biggest pool possible into your backyard. It’s to choose a pool that fits your lifestyle, your space, and how you’ll really use it while still leaving room to enjoy the rest of your outdoor space.

At Pools Patios & Spas, we’ll help you look at the whole picture and plan a backyard that works for you.

Weather is one part of pool construction that we can’t control but planning around it matters. 🌧️

Heavy rain can leave the ground too saturated for pool excavation and other construction work to continue safely. Moving forward too soon can create unstable soil, muddy jobsite conditions, and make it harder for equipment to operate properly.

That’s why some weather delays are necessary. A temporary pause helps protect your property, the crew, and the quality of your pool installation.

Have questions about the pool installation process or timeline? Give Pools, Patios & Spas a call or send us a message. We’re happy to walk you through what to expect.
