After 32 years of being affiliated with the IBEW Union, Ashley and Marcus have decided to step away from that partnership and go “open shop”. Employment beginning 12/2/24.
We’re looking to hire 4-6 more employees to maintain our current backlog. We have contracts through 2025 and adding more each day. Commercial and industrial work only. No residential work or service calls.
Best pay in the business, ranging from $16 - $44 per hour (based on experience). All federal work requires Davis-Bacon wages, and we do a lot of federal work (see below).
10 days paid vacation w/ two floating days used during Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year’s Eve.
Accrued paid time off (PTO), in addition to vacation holidays mentioned above.
100% paid health, dental and vision insurance.
