Welcome Aboard. June, 2026. Interra Apartment Homes. The old FBI/Secret Service Building is fully renovated and Open. The Pool and Amenity Center is under construction. The other two, tall High rise buildings will also be transformed into beautiful apartments in time. Located between Southside Blvd and the Mathews Bridge on Arlington Expressway. This week, three organizations united around one shared mission: helping children thrive.

Thanks to the generosity of Terrell Hogan Law, several children from Daniel Kids were able to experience a week of adventure, friendship, learning, and fun at Happy Acres Ranch.

Three organizations. One purpose. Countless memories.

Because every child deserves the opportunity to laugh, explore, build confidence, and simply enjoy being a kid.

Thank you, Terrell Hogan Law for investing in local children and helping create experiences that will last a lifetime. And thank you to DanielKids for the incredible work you do every day to support youth and families in our community.

Congratulations to our “Employee of the Month”, Will Pall, May, 2026. Will makes the 3rd generation of Pall at GPE. He has worked with us throughout his entire high school career. He recently graduated from Fletcher High School, limited to only 30 hours a week due to his age, he gladly made himself invaluable ALWAYS. Every weekend. Every school break. Every Summer for the last 3 years… all while maintaining his good grades and taking care of Pops, his German Shepard, Duke, his truck and The GPE Compound”. His dedication and work ethic reflects in the fact that “Everyone wants Will”. They all say “I’ll take Will on our Crew”! A testament to his “Can Do” attitude. He was presented a Certificate of Achievement, pictured with our Ops Manager, Joey, $100.00 Bonus and the thanks and admiration of his coworkers. Well done Will.
