The whole entryway breathes through an elegant set of steel and glass doors. Beyond the glass, an oversized mirror catches and carries the light across a fiddle leaf that brings the outdoors in.

We love how this one turned out. The kitchen, dining nook, and living spaces all flow into one another, so the home lives the way a family actually does. Cooking, gathering, homework at the island, it all happens in one connected space.

We designed each of these to work for how our clients actually live. A primary suite with room to breathe, a tucked away nook wrapped in wood paneling for quiet mornings, and a bunk room built for kids to make their own.

A home office worth showing off.

The green shiplap built-ins anchor this room, and they only work because of what you don’t see. Square shelves, clean reveals, paneling that lines up wall to wall. Details like that take patience, and our team gives every room that kind of care.

Even the entry sets the tone. Glass French doors keep the space open to the rest of the home while giving it a moment of its own.

A few finished shots from a recent project in Ponte Vedra Beach.

There’s a lot of custom work in these rooms. Built-in cabinetry flanking the fireplace, a full bar with mirrored backsplash and lighted shelving, coffered ceilings, and a white oak island our cabinet team is especially proud of.

Projects like this come down to the details. Clean reveals, tight miters, and a crew that cares about how everything lines up.

Building this close to the ocean changes everything.

The salt, the wind, the sun. Every material out here had to be chosen with that in mind, from the shake siding to the shutters to the hardware you’ll never notice. That’s the part of coastal building most people don’t see.

Our team put real care into this one. A place to cook, gather, relax, and take in the view for a long time to come.

This oceanfront primary bath renovation in Ponte Vedra Beach was designed around one idea: that where you start and end your day should feel like a retreat.

Custom tile, white oak cabinetry, and every finish chosen with intention. The ocean is right outside that window, and the space was built to honor it.

We’re on the final stretch at our Jacksonville Beach project. The crew is working hard and the space is transforming fast.
