Known architecturally as the cupola, this feature atop Grambling State University’s new Student Success Center is much more than an eye-catching design element. As Mr. McElroy shares, the cupola carries meaning and symbolism that connects the building to the University and what it represents. 🐯🖤💛

Following today’s ribbon cutting, we’re excited to give you a closer look at the spaces created to support, connect, and empower Grambling students throughout their college experience.

It’s rewarding to see a project come to life and even more meaningful knowing these spaces will now become part of the everyday experiences and memories of generations of students. We’re grateful to Grambling State University for its continued partnership and trust in Mc3LROY Architecture.

Today, we had the honor of attending the ribbon cutting for the Grambling State University Student Success Center 🎓✂️

This new space represents more than a building—it represents an investment in the students of Grambling and their continued growth, achievement, and success. We’re excited to see students make this space their own and benefit from the opportunities it will provide for years to come.

We sincerely thank Grambling State University for its continued partnership and for allowing Mc3LROY Architecture to play a role in the growth of its campus. We look forward to seeing the university continue to grow, prosper, and create spaces that support the next generation of leaders.

We’re excited to share that William L. McElroy, AIA, NCARB, Principal Architect and Managing Member of Mc3LROY Architecture, PLLC, will be taking the stage at Delta Fest 2026 ! 🎤✨

On September 3, Mr. McElroy will join the conversation for “Closing the Gap: Activating Under-the-Radar Firms for Major Project Procurement,” sharing insight and experience as part of a larger discussion on creating opportunities and activating economic prosperity across the Deep South.

Delta Fest takes place September 2–4 in Jackson, Mississippi, bringing together leaders, businesses, and communities committed to building a stronger economic future for our region.

Today, we had the pleasure of celebrating Christopher here at the office and recognizing not only the work he does, but the influence he has on those around him. His years of experience, leadership, and willingness to share his knowledge have made him a valued mentor to so many members of our team.
