Back in September 2025, we started this project with a vision of giving this unique home “ 13 sided octagon” a whole new life.
One of the best parts of this project was having the flexibility to work on it when we could. It wasn’t something we rushed through, we took our time, worked around our schedule, and watched it slowly transform over the months.
We can finally say it’s finished! The new deck, stairs, railings, 55’x17’concrete pad, fresh exterior finish “tricorn black”, and all the little details have brought this place to life.
Seeing the finished product compared to where we started makes all the time and hard work worth it. It turned out absolutely beautiful, and we are incredibly proud of how this one came together.
From September 2025 to now — what a transformation!
Another project officially complete!

Finally, getting ready to wrap up on this project that we’ve been on and off with for the past year can’t wait to post the before and after’s on this one. Be on the lookout.

Another beautiful deck renovation complete for a great family!!
We took an existing, weathered treated-wood deck and railing and transformed it with premium new materials — TimberTech Sea Salt Gray & Silver Maple decking, sleek RDI Avalon Tristan aluminum railing, and Tru-Black post wraps for a bold, sophisticated finish.
A complete transformation without starting from scratch — breathing new life into an existing outdoor space with modern style, durability, and attention to detail.

Old deck. New vision. Completely transformed. Enjoy 😉

From Worn-Out to Wow!

Another incredible outdoor transformation is underway! We took this aging treated lumber deck and gave it a complete makeover with premium TimberTech® composite decking in a beautiful combination of Grey and Chestnut for a timeless, custom look.

This project includes:
✔️ Brand-new TimberTech composite decking
✔️ Elegant TimberTech composite railing featuring khaki top and bottom rails with black posts for a clean, modern contrast
✔️ Completely rebuilt stairs for improved safety and style
✔️ TimberTech DrySpace® under-deck drainage system to create a dry, usable space beneath the deck
✔️ Professionally wrapped posts and headers for a polished, finished appearance that will last for years

The result is a low-maintenance, high-end outdoor living space that’s built to handle every season while adding lasting beauty and value to the home.
