Elise's passion for architecture began through travel, where experiencing different cultures sparked her curiosity about the built environment and the stories it tells. Now, she's excited to take what she learned in the classroom and see architecture come to life through real projects that make a lasting impact.

Outside the office, you'll find her revisiting classic films at the theater, planning a trip to Iceland, or heading out on her next car camping adventure.

As if the Cleveland Center couldn't get any better👀

This latest addition includes a furnished outdoor seating area complete with plenty of places to enjoy the space between classes. Finished just in time for students returning to campus, this addition gives the Cleveland Center even more ways to bring people together.

Meet Nicholas Leach, our new Visualization Specialist!

He describes himself as someone who loves solving problems in creative environments, regardless of the medium. That's what led him to visualization: bringing together architecture, technology, graphics, animation, and storytelling to create work that helps people experience a place before it's ever built.

Outside the office, you might find him on a trail run, in his art studio with his fiancée, or planning his next trip home to New Orleans.

We celebrated the completion of the Advanced Individual Training Complex at Fort Rucker alongside our partners and the U.S. Army. This state-of-the-art complex was designed to enhance daily operations and quality of life for the Soldiers who will serve here.

This project symbolizes a lasting investment in mission readiness and honors the legacy of Pfc. Garfield M. Langhorn, whose courage and selflessness continue to inspire future generations. Congratulations to everyone whose collaboration made this achievement possible.

Congratulations to AnderCorp, and thank you for the opportunity to be part of the team. We look forward to delivering another successful project together🤝

AnderCorp has been awarded a $23M GSA design-build contract to deliver critical infrastructure upgrades at the IRS Customer Service Center in Memphis, TN. The project includes the replacement of the facility’s roofing systems, modernization of its electrical distribution systems, and installation of a new fire alarm and life-safety system.

This award reflects the confidence federal clients place in AnderCorp to successfully deliver complex projects within active, mission-critical facilities. Our team is honored to support the modernization of this important facility for our federal partners and looks forward to bringing this project to life.

Please help us welcome our newest Construction Administrator, Darryl Dilmore!

Darryl began his career on the contractor side in 1975 before moving to the developer/architectural side in 2010. As he settles into his new role, he is looking forward to continuing what he's always enjoyed the most: seeing a project from conception through design development and seeing it come to life during construction.

Outside of work, you might find him watching a John Wayne movie or tackling his home repair projects.

In honor of our 65th anniversary, we enjoyed a picnic with the Mud Monsters⚾️ Brian even got to throw the first pitch!

It was so nice getting everyone together. We are grateful for the fruitful years that led us here and for everyone who has been a part of this journey.

NACDA Recap 🎰🎲♠

They say what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas...fortunately, that wasn't the case for us.

Our team returned from with new connections and fresh ideas for the future of collegiate athletics facilities. We were especially proud to see Randy share CDFL's perspective during his presentation, "Creating a Successful Experience With Your Architect."

We're already looking forward to next year!
