Trying to catch up on some past jobs. This is a job in Cedarburg where we replaced all of the upstairs single pane double hung windows with new Marvin Integrity Ultrex windows. So all brand new frames and sashes were installed and all the old windows were removed. Windows were sealed on the outside with window tape and spray foam insulation was installed on the inside around the perimeter. Azek trim was installed around the outside of the windows and new trim was installed on the inside of the windows as well. The hoewowners are super pleased with how much more efficient these windows were for them this past winter.

Catching up on more projects completed. This was a basement in Cedarburg that flooded last summer. All the flooring and base and doors and drywall up 2’ had to be removed. After everything dried out drywall repairs were made, new doors and trim installed and new cabinets and countertops and backsplash installed. New floor coverings were done as well and new railing and post trim at the top of the stairs as well. This one was a lot of work with the homeowners to get insurance to take care of things so make sure you have a conversation with your insurance agents about proper coverage for your finished basement spaces.

Catching up on some of the projects we have done in the last year. This was a garage we helped with. We helped with rough carpentry framing, soffits, fascia, windows and siding. Finally got back the other day to take some final pictures of everything completed.
