Why is the VCD-Series cold-climate air source heat pump the single fastest-growing segment of our product line? Because it is SAVAGE. At -22F or 122F, the VCD can provide comfort without breaking a sweat. Having the right piece of equipment is only half the story - as Plimpton and Hills of Connecticut knows all too well. Education on new fundamentals is critical - which is why Brad Willnow sat with a group approximately twenty (20) technically-minded Plimpton and Hills employees in Meriden, CT on Wednesday, July 24th, to focus on applying, installing, and troubleshooting the VCD-Series. What's hot in New Mexico (besides the weather)? Commercial Water Source Heat Pumps! Johnstone Supply - Albuquerque hosted a technical training to a group of dedicated commercial technicians from B&D Industries, Inc. on Thursday, June 6th in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Those who attended probably wondered if listening to Glen Bowen for two (2) full hours was worth getting out of the blistering heat - but the training room certainly was interesting! April showers bring HEAT PUMP SUPER POWERS! In mid-April, two fantastic distributors in New York hosted Glen Bowen for some NYS Clean Heat Training on Comfort-Aire Heat Pumps. Between Capitol District Supply in Albany, New York and Schmidt's Wholesale, Inc.. in Monticello, New York, more than sixty (60) contractors sat through HOURS of detailed high-efficiency, cold-climate goodness! It takes a very dedicated and professional distributor to offer educational opportunities to ensure future earnings for their customers. Are they superheroes? Maybe not, but we put the photos in a comic-book format anyway 🙂

On March 25th and 26th, Insight Partners and customers were guests of MARS/Heat Controller for a "Red Carpet" tour of the Allied Air Manufacturing Plant in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Attendees were treated to a full overview of precise quality control practices as well as first-hand perspective on modern engineering and production of our durable and efficient equipment, followed by a fascinating Comfort-Aire product overview by Joel Stevens and Glen Bowen at the luxurious Hilton Columbia Center in beautiful downtown Columbia, South Carolina. Prior to the tour, all attendees enjoyed a delicious meal and cocktails at the Columbia Liberty Tap Room Monday night, as well as a short walk to the Craft Axe Throwing for some evening shenanigans. Thank you for being such fun guests and fantastic partners - we had a great time with you!
