We’ve got Colin showing off our drainage during this crazy storm a few weeks ago out in Royal Oak. Our system handled it with ease!

Custom angles, custom cornice. This Forever Pergola follows the deck with 45-degree corners and a 2-step cornice — not a box bolted on. White powder-coated aluminum, motorized louvers, fans overhead. Outdoor living that matches the house.

An elegant, budget-friendly alternative to our motorized screens: track- or rod-hung curtains. Lots of color and density options — some with magnetic closures — to match any style pergola and home. Pair them with our decorative post boots for another beautiful Forever Pergola finish.

WE DON'T DO POLYCARBONATE ROOFS!!! Here's why…

We get asked this a lot, but this is what a lot of polycarbonate patio and conservatory roofs look like after just a few seasons — yellowed, cloudy, and stained. Multiwall channels trap algae and dirt you cannot scrub out from the outside, and become discolored and brittle over time.

Plastic daylight covers are not the same as real shade. UV wears the surface chalky and porous; then heat, mildew, and the replacement cycle soon follows.

We are a "Set it and Forget it" company — powder-coated aluminum motorized louvers are in a different ballpark altogether and look great pretty much forever- and for about the same cost from our direct-from-manufacturer pricing: why settle for less?
