With fall semester just around the corner, our team put together a quick move-in checklist for college students living in Ithaca, NY!

✏️ BEFORE MOVE IN ✏️

Make sure apartment logistics are in order, from setting up utilities and WiFi to purchasing renters insurance. Schedule your move-in day with movers and let CSP Management know to pick up your keys.

📦 PACKING ESSENTIALS 📦

If your apartment is furnished, you likely won’t need large pieces of furniture or appliances. Confirm what is included with your apartment and pack accordingly. Bedding, kitchen supplies, toiletries, and laundry are the main essentials.

🔑 MOVE-IN DAY 🔑

Take photos of and inspect each room before you start moving in boxes. Check smoke detectors, windows, door locks, and appliances to confirm things are working. If not, let your property manager know.
