FCL's team in Arizona recently completed Butterfield Logistics Center, an industrial logistics facility in Tucson, Arizona. The building is a 194,879 sq. ft., divisible warehouse and distribution center with Class A amenities, 32 ft. clear heights, 50-ft. column spacing, 135 ft. truck courts, and an ESFR fire protection system. FCL recently completed Virginia Commerce Center 200, a 342,640 sq. ft. tilt-up Class A front-load warehouse and distribution center in Suffolk, Virginia. This facility, part of a 101-acre master-planned park to serve the container terminals of the Port of Virginia, includes 74 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, 36 ft. clear height, and an ESFR sprinkler system. FCL recently reached completion for Building 1, AZ Ave Logistics in Chandler, Arizona. This 68,095 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution facility includes two 6,000 sq. ft. mezzanines, is divisible into multiple suites, and has a 24 ft. clear height.

FCL is proud to announce the groundbreaking of East Bay Trade Center, a speculative Class A institutional-grade business park consisting of two (2) 36’ clear cross dock warehouses totaling 557,337 SF, located in Baytown, Texas.

Falcon Commercial Development and Rockefeller Group brought together an exceptional team of industrial professionals to execute this project, including Munson & Associates, LLC, Pinnacle Structural Engineers, Waneck Civil Engineering and Cope Engineering. Robert McGee, Taylor Schmidt and Austin Bartula with Colliers’ Houston industrial team are handling leasing for the development, with expected delivery in Q4 of 2025.

FCL is wrapping up Phase One of a 30,285-square-foot interior renovation and building addition at the Marklund Wasmond Center in Elgin, Illinois. This facility not only included the addition but also new finishouts for the lobby and common areas, as well as renovating rooms for Marklund’s medically complex patients.

We’re honored and grateful to be the General Contractor for this project, and we are looking forward to completing the next two phases for Marklund! Great job to FCL’s production team currently working on this project, as well as our trade partners.

FCL Builders has recently wrapped up construction on this project in Taunton, Massachusetts. Silver City Business Park Building 3 is a 248,453 sq. ft. speculative warehouse with 32-ft clear height, 38 dock doors and 2 drive-in doors and 9 megawatts of existing heavy power. This building, only 30 miles from Boston, boasts an upgraded surrounding infrastructure, including an exclusive onramp to Route 140/Route 24.
