We are expanding into the creation of both Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (DADU) and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU). These additions are increasingly popular among homeowners looking to enhance property value and flexibility. We remodeled this space from a make shift kitchenette to a well stocked game room. Storage for games and toys, a 44 unit beverage fridge and room for a ping pong table made it a great space for families to spend quality time.
A new storage closet for the tankless water heater plus a new steel exterior door finished the room perfectly.

This family room served as the perfect space to host movie night or watch that important sports event! Located on the lower level, we made the space feel open and bright by removing unnecessary drywall and adding new lighting.
We painted the brick fireplace, reframed the adjacent walls, installed a new window and closed off the odd door to modernize the space.

The kitchen is absolutely the heart of the home!
Designing a beautiful, spacious and functional kitchen can be challenging. We removed the awkward U shaped layout and upper cabinets to open up the room. Extended the cabinetry which offered more storage and counter space for any aspiring chef. And when we found the beautiful wood beam during demo, we knew it would be the room’s show stopper.

A bathroom to make any guest feel welcome! ✨
The existing bathroom was recently remodeled but we made the tough decision to demo.
The large square footage offered room for a beautiful double vanity from Ove, accented with matte black hardware and fixtures. New 20x30 black metal mirrors from Amazon. And a matte black tub and shower trim kit from Moen.
Andrii from .co installed the beautiful floors and 4x12 white subway tile. This is my fifth project with Andrii and I highly recommend him for your next project!

Bye 1969 —-> Hello 2022!
This dated living room received a complete transformation. I replaced the old wood paneling for custom shiplap, updated the the fireplace with new paint, installed a glass panel wood frame door to let in more natural light, said goodbye to the popcorn ceiling and laminate floors, and installed a high end LVP.
Note, not all LVP is made the same! Always seek a professional to select the best option for your home. Eduardo and Pepe from are two of the very best in the industry.

Modern farmhouse for the win! Remodeling this exterior posed lots of challenges but our thoughtful design decisions gave it a fresh facelift.

✨New white paint - we chose a bright white to help the house stand out
✨Dark grey trim helped all the new windows stand out
✨Restored the one car to an original two garage, which offered over 620 sq ft of space
✨A new 5/8ths gravel driveway gave the house that rustic feel
✨We trimmed back all the existing trees and planted shrubs and ferns to connect the property together
✨Created a beautiful fire pit that any gathering would enjoy
✨A new hog wire fence gave the property that farmhouse feel
✨Gave the pergola a haircut with new cedar to tie into the fence
✨Accents like the glass panel front door and goose neck exterior lights put the final touches on this acre property
