Thursday we upgraded this customer to a 96% efficiency furnace from an 80%. He was told by another bigger company they could NOT o high efficiency, but still wanted $25k for a new furnace and AC. We also added in a condensate pump as well as a new WiFi thermostat. All this was done in one day at a fraction of what the others wanted to charge him. Needless to say, call Fine Line HVAC for a second opinion. We are licensed, insured, and have 16yrs of experience. 763-341-7879.

Saturday, Fine Line HVAC took care of a customers water heater that kept tripping the breaker. Well after several attempts to remove the old heating elements, we had no choice but to replace the 17yo water heater with a new one. We also had to make several trips for this but still helped them by not charging extra for a weekend change out. In fact we discounted it! By the time we left she hugged us in tears as we of course didn’t take advantage of the “weekend” service call rates others charge. We are here to help when we can.
