This roof was a bit more challenging than your typical replacement. This roof had a metal roof installed with asphalt shingles over top?!?!!! We had to do a complete tear off and resheet. All new sheathing, shingles and flashing.

New deck with stairs to the second floor, new windows, doors, siding, soffit, facia, gutters and downspouts as well as a new roof extension, shingles, and to top it all off new attic insulation and 3 new mini splits installed at upstairs offices.

We took this existing covered porch space and turned it into an awesome master bathroom.
