We recently received this email from a wonderful customer who doesn’t have a Google account but still wanted to share her experience with us:

Today, we had 7 pine trees removed and the work was performed by West Penn Tree Service. This is the second time West Penn Trees completed a job for us. They are a family owned business fully run and operated by a staff of great customer service and highly competent people!

I first contacted them when we had a severe thunderstorm that took one of our pine trees down. I talked with the owner, Ken and asked him to come out to do a survey and provide a quote. He came out a few days later in the midst of a very heavy workload that he had already had on his plate & met with my husband. Once the survey was completed, I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with his wife Julie, who is the office manager. She explained her role in the company and promised that I would receive a quote. I received the cost proposal within a few days, was accepted by us and placed in their line up.

When the crew arrived to do the work, we had another great experience which was meeting their three very skilled, professional, mannerly, kind and considerate sons, Jake, Ben & Jack. I cannot say enough about these boys! The job was performed well beyond my expectation and in the most courteous, considerate, respectful way! Their attention to detail was impeccable. I think you will agree with me that a company only proves itself when the job is done professionally and to your exact liking. And to say that I am overjoyed and thrilled with the job that these gentlemen did would be an understatement! Both my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the result of their hard work!

We have other tree service needs that will be scheduled in the future and West Penn Tree Service will be doing them. They now have a customer for life! Thank you to all of the employees who had their hands on our jobs… job well done and appreciated !
