Another summer, another intern class that taught us as much as we taught them.
 
Our internship program is an investment in the next generation of this industry. This group spent the last few months getting real exposure, not just shadowing, actually getting into the technical and relationship sides of commercial HVAC.
Thank you to this year’s intern class for the energy, ideas, and fresh perspectives you brought across Texas AirSystems. This is the start of something, not the end of a summer. We’re excited to see where you go next.

A new school year starts with a lot of preparation behind the scenes. ✏️📚

This year, our Austin team had the opportunity to support teachers across Central Texas by purchasing 11 classroom wish lists. A small way to support the teachers who show up for their students every day.

Turns out, back-to-school shopping is pretty fun when it’s for a good cause! 🍎

The Texas heat is part of the job. So is showing up through it.
 
Last Friday, our Dallas and Lubbock teams took Tech Appreciation Hydration Day to the field. Groups headed to jobsites with coolers in hand to thank our service technicians where the work happens.
 
Spending even a short time out in the August heat gave us a glimpse into what our technicians experience day in and day out.
 
We’re proud to recognize the people who do the work and grateful for everything they bring to Texas AirSystems.

Giving back is part of who we are at Texas AirSystems Austin.

Through our employee giving program, every team member receives money to donate to the nonprofit organization of their choice. To help everyone learn more about the amazing organizations making a difference in our community, we hosted our first ever Find Your Org Fair.

We were honored to welcome:

Healing with Horses
The Arc of the Capital Area
The Other Ones Foundation
Sleep in Heavenly Peace

Each organization shared its mission, the impact it’s making, and ways our employees can get involved whether through volunteering, advocacy, or charitable giving.

Thank you to these incredible nonprofits for spending time with our team and inspiring us to make our donations go even further. We can’t wait to see the positive impact our employees will help create throughout our community.
