This is the news we love to see. 🥰🐕
We have some major breaking news regarding our favorite shift supervisor, Carl the Coyote.
As it turns out, Carl has been keeping a few secrets from us. First of all, Carl is actually Karla.
Second of all, she just showed up to shift with SEVEN brand-new probationary rookies. That's right, Karla brought her adorable pups by the firehouse to show them off, and they are already trying to run the place.
The New Recruits' Status Report:
Turnout Gear: Way too big.
Interest in Fire House Activities: 10/10. They are highly fascinated by the trucks, though they still haven't mastered the fire pole.
Cuteness Factor: Off the charts.
Mandatory HR and Legal Disclaimer:
Despite their intense interest in checking out our apparatus, the city's nepotism policy is strict. The pups are absolutely not allowed inside the firehouse. We do see them from a distance, but we do not touch them, we do not play with them, and we have denied their requests to ride shotgun in the engine. They have also failed their background checks due to a history of howling at sirens without a permit.
Don't worry, we are keeping our distance, letting Mama Karla do her thing, and making sure they stay safe. But if you see some extra tiny paws running around Lewisville, just know the next generation of the "Wildfire" division is officially in training.
Help us wish Karla a happy belated Mother’s Day in the comments below.
