SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO | PART II — THE INTERIOR

Inside our Spanish estate in the Hunt Club neighborhood of San Juan Capistrano, every detail was thoughtfully selected to bring warmth, character, and timeless craftsmanship together. 🤎

From reclaimed barn wood beams and Catalina wide-plank flooring to custom handmade white rift oak cabinetry, every finish tells a story. Natural stone countertops, hand-painted Tabarka tile, a hand-forged staircase, and Euroline steel windows add layers of texture and architectural interest throughout.

Finished with Waterstone and Waterworks fixtures, Fleetwood interior doors, and a statement Town & Country fireplace, this interior is a reflection of what happens when exceptional materials meet intentional design.

Built with purpose. Finished with intention.

Stay tuned as we continue showcasing this beautiful San Juan Capistrano estate.
