THIS is going to MAKE or BREAK your NEXT SWIMMING POOL project!

06/04/2026

This pool has come a long way.

We tore it out, added a spa, built a Baja shelf, and completely changed the layout to give these homeowners the backyard they wanted.

Today we’re putting down the Aqua Cool Mini Pebble, one of my favorite finishes. Once the water and lights are on, this thing is going to look clean.

A lot of work went into this one and we’re getting close to the finish line.

Summer is coming at the perfect time for this family.

One thing we’re not big fans of… plaster.

Yeah, it’s cheaper up front, but it doesn’t hold up like mini pebble.

Mini pebble looks better, feels better, and lasts a whole lot longer. That’s why we recommend it on most of our projects.

At the end of the day, if you’re building your dream backyard, you want a finish that’s going to look good for years, not just on day one.

When we first started, the spa wasn’t even here. We built it from the ground up, added new marble coping, porcelain tile, glass waterline tile, fresh mini pebble, and all new equipment.

The mini pebble is in and it’s already changing the whole look of the backyard.

Still a few more steps to go, but this pool is looking like a completely different project than the one we started with.

This one’s small, but it’s going to make a big difference in the backyard.

We’re at the shotcrete stage, which is where the pool starts looking like an actual pool instead of a hole in the ground.

A lot of work goes into getting to this point. Plumbing, steel, layout, inspections.

Now the fun part starts. Stay tuned for the finish. 💦

We just wrapped up the concrete on this pool and we’re ready for the next phase.

Now it’s time for tile, coping, water features, and all the details that start bringing the project to life.

Most people only see the finished pool. This is the part they don’t see. The planning, the prep, and making sure everything is right before the finish work goes in.

Stay tuned. This one is going to come together nicely.

One of my favorite RSC projects this year.

Not because it’s huge. Just because the layout makes sense and every detail fits the space right.

Still more work to do, but this one is coming together really clean.

Backyard projects like this don’t happen by accident.

Full tear out. Tight access. Big vision.

Custom pool, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, front yard, courtyard. Every inch has to be planned right so it all flows and feels intentional.

This is the part people don’t always see. The planning, problem solving, and building that turns an idea into a real backyard.
