Last week, RAM was proud to be a Paddle Partner Sponsor for CoreNet Southern California 4th Annual Pickleball Tournament at Newport Tennis & Pickleball Club. 🏓

Meet Dylan Petkevich, a Project Manager in RAM’s San Diego office! He enjoys the fast pace of construction and finding strategic solutions to help bring each project across the finish line.
 
Outside of work, Dylan stays busy surfing, playing bass and electric guitar in his friends’ band, and catching concerts with his brother. 🎸
 
Born and raised in Texas, Dylan now calls San Diego home and is always looking for his next adventure, whether that’s on the job, in the water, or on stage.

The Universal Technical Institute, Avondale Campus is now home to a newly expanded welding lab designed to support hands-on vocational training and prepare the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
 
Project highlights:
⚡ New welding bays
⚙️ Specialty process gas distribution systems
💨 Welding fume extraction
🔌 HVAC and electrical infrastructure upgrades
🚨 Fire protection improvements
📐 New support spaces and classroom upgrades

We’re proud to have completed this tenant improvement, transforming the space into a modern workplace with custom details, elevated finishes, and carefully crafted spaces throughout.
 
Project highlights:
 
💡 Light-filled private offices and open workspaces
🪵 Custom millwork throughout, including a fully outfitted pantry
🤝 Employee lounge and meeting rooms
🚪 Frameless doors with keypad access and premium hardware

100,000 square feet complete! 👏
 
We’re proud to announce the completion of the ACCO Engineered Systems Distribution Center in Peoria, Arizona.
 
This industrial tenant improvement transformed 100,000 square feet into a high-performance manufacturing and fabrication facility. The project included structural upgrades, five interior bridge cranes, a new mechanical system, high-pressure compressed air and hydraulic systems, clean room, upgraded lighting, and specialized process piping throughout the facility.
 
Exterior improvements included the installation of an exterior bridge crane, fire line relocations, parking lot modifications, and a 3000A electrical service upgrade completed in coordination with SRP.
 
Congratulations to everyone who helped deliver another successful industrial project. We can’t wait to see this facility support ACCO’s operations for years to come.

We’re proud to announce the completion of our latest project for ST. JOHN in Anaheim. 👗👏🏼
 
This tenant improvement included the construction of new lobbies, private offices, collaborative design workspaces, and a custom staircase. Additional improvements included infrastructure upgrades to support factory and server equipment, enhancements to the existing warehouse and distribution areas, and paint and maintenance throughout both open and enclosed office spaces.
 
We’re proud of the work our team delivered and grateful for the partnership with St. John Knits throughout the project.

We’re excited to announce the completion of our work at Smoky Hollow in El Segundo, where our team delivered a new ground-up building, a large-scale industrial retrofit, and a tenant improvement across a mixed-use campus designed for office, industrial, and warehouse use.

If you have been following along, you know how much this one means to us. Raising Cane’s West Coast Flagship in Inglewood is officially open and we could not be more proud. Steps from SoFi Stadium, Intuit Dome, YouTube Theater, and Hollywood Park, this three-story restaurant is unlike anything we have worked on before. Massive LED halo, stadium inspired architecture, and custom artwork right in the heart of LA.
 
Worth every minute. Congratulations Raising Cane’s and congratulations to the amazing project team behind this ground up build. 🙌🐔

🎉 Raising Cane’s California flagship is complete!
 
Already featured in QSR Magazine, this stadium-inspired restaurant we built in Inglewood is turning heads. Located across from Intuit Dome and near SoFi Stadium, the new flagship sits at the center of one of Southern California’s most exciting sports and entertainment destinations.
