Another education project is complete! 👏
 
At Carrington College, an existing third-level classroom was converted into a new radiation technology lab, giving students a dedicated space for hands-on training.
 
Project highlights:
🩻 New radiation technology lab
🏢 New office and accessory spaces
⚡ Electrical upgrades to support specialized equipment
🔧 Improvements to create a safe, functional learning environment
 
We’re proud to help create spaces that give students the specialized facilities and tools they need to prepare for careers in healthcare.

Last Tuesday, we were proud to join Seasats for the ribbon cutting of their new San Diego facility. ✂️ 🎀
 
RAM completed the tenant improvement for Seasats, including warehouse, manufacturing, and office spaces. The warehouse supports specialty assembly rooms for autonomous drone boat production, including GPU manufacturing and vessel assembly, along with design-build MEP systems throughout.
 
A Mayor’s representative was also in attendance and officially declared October 6 **Seasats Day** in recognition of the occasion.
 
It was great to see this project come together and celebrate the Seasats team, our project managers, and everyone who played a part in bringing the facility to completion. 👏

From two existing buildings to one high-performance space. 

We are proud to announce the completion of Paul Mitchell new office and academy space on the Santa Monica Promenade. 

The project started with two existing buildings that needed to function as one. We created new structural openings to connect the buildings, then transformed the space into a new home for Paul Mitchell office and academy operations. 

The finished space combines high-end finishes with dedicated areas for product testing, education, and collaboration, bringing everything together under one roof.

The Long Beach Century Club has been a part of the community since 1957 and has recognized and impacted more than 23,000 student-athletes over the last 38 years.

Meet Dylan Petkevich, a Project Manager in RAM’s San Diego office! He enjoys the fast pace of construction and finding strategic solutions to help bring each project across the finish line.
 
Outside of work, Dylan stays busy surfing, playing bass and electric guitar in his friends’ band, and catching concerts with his brother. 🎸
 
Born and raised in Texas, Dylan now calls San Diego home and is always looking for his next adventure, whether that’s on the job, in the water, or on stage.
 
We’re lucky to have Dylan as part of the RAM Fam! 💚
